Corrections

We publish verified figures with dates, and we still expect to get things wrong sometimes. Prices move, standards change, and we make mistakes. Here's the deal when that happens.

Reporting an error

Email editor@homehealthcheck.com.au with the page URL and, ideally, the source showing the correct information. Every report is checked against the primary source.

How fixes work

• Factual errors are corrected on the page, with the "updated" date refreshed.
• Material corrections, anything that changes a number, a score, or a conclusion, are logged on this page.
• Scores are never silently edited: a score change is a correction or a re-review, and it says which.
